Ancestor’s Style – Our ancestor’s used many tricks to add these curry leaves in to their cooking and they make sure their family members get the benefits from curry leaves.  They usually prepare Curry Leaves Idli/Dosa Milagai powder and they know that Idli/Dosa milagai powder is a favorite side dish for all family member for their morning and evening tiffen.

Our Cooking Style – We use curry leaves in our cooking widely, but we avoid to eat curry leaves while eating our food and curry’s.  Also, kids will avoid consuming and it is very difficult for home makers to feed their kids these curry leaves.

Namma VeetuSuvai is a new healthy kitchen concept to identify and present the authentic homemade flavours & preparation styles in the same fashion it has to be. We at NVS, freshly get curry leaves from our farm and carefully separated the leaves and dried in our solar dryer hygienically.  We powdered these curry leaves and then mix it in our curry leaves Idli Podi/Powder.
