Farming is our dream but after spending over a decade in chasing materialistic life in the city lifestyle, we Krishna Kumar & Vidya Lakshmi, decided to call it a day and wrapped up our lives in the metro cities. We moved to our native place – Tirunelveli. We started natural farming in 2017 in our 6 acres of land situated in Sankarankovil, 60 KM away from Tirunelveli.

Kalpavirutcham

Kalpavirutcham Started in Tirunelveli on April’2020. We categorise our products in to three different categories. Farm Fresh Value Added Products, Value Added Food products & Eco-Friendly Products made from farm wastes.

Mission

We are concentrating on introducing our ancestor’s simple food styles and their traditional healthy way of preparation styles to our generation people.

Namma VeetuSuvai

Namma VeetuSuvai, a new healthy kitchen concept that presents the authentic homemade flavours & preparation styles. Our preparation methods are also carefully followed the same way advised by different home makers.  Under NVS we are concentrating on Value added food products prepared in an hygienic, homely way of preparations. We are manufacturing various ranges of Vadam, Vathal, Vadagam, Masala’s & Pickles etc., under this brand.

I am Vidyalakshmi Krishna Kumar, I am the person behind Namma VeetuSuvai. Cooking is my passion; learn from my mom, Mother in Law and grandma. I believe that the dedication while cooking and serving food with a smile will make the food more palatable. My grandmother, mother & my mother in law is my inspiration to start ‘Namma VeetuSuvai’. They followed simple tricks to add lots of healthy value added food items in our daily food menus to make sure we eat healthy foods.

Arogiyam

From our farm we convert moringa leaves, Mint leaves in to dry leaves for consuming purpose, fruits & grains in to healthy consumable items. We market these products under our brand named called ‘Arogiyam’.

Reco

One of the best ways to fight plastic pollution is to live by example and ensure the products you buy are produced with both ethics and the environment in mind. Kalpavirutcham Self Sustainable Integrated Organic Farm proudly launching Reco – Eco Journey to Zero Waste.

From our farm we convert all our farm wastes in to useful house hold products. Also we support handmade artisans to market their products under our brand named called ‘Reco’.
